Memorial Day - A Day To Remember

  • Love: Remember those that have fallen in battle for a cause. to those who made it back alive.
As a child, my family would have a large family gathering and celebrate life as we know it, thanks to the freedoms that we have through historical confrontations. We always enjoyed plenty of food and fun. Seeing family members that you haven't seen all year was always something to look forward to on the holiday. Having some good old home cooking was the best part. There was always a lot of love put into preparation of the food.

Memorial Day is a day of remembrance for all the men and women that died fighting for a cause. War is the way of the world and I hope someday that humans will wake up and realize that it's OK to disagree. You don't have to fight about it! Having respect for other peoples views will make the world a much better place.
